Terms and conditions

The rules for using nexio-virtual.ro. They apply to the website, not to the projects we build for clients: those have their own written contract.

Who we are

The website nexio-virtual.ro is run by Nexio Virtual Innovations S.R.L., CUI 50642848, J2024027700008, Str. Cimitirului nr. 5, Șelimbăr, jud. Sibiu. You can reach us at contact@nexio-virtual.ro.

What's on the site

The site presents our services, portfolio projects and articles. The information is general and is not a binding offer: the price, timeline and scope of a project are agreed together, in a written offer and contract.

Copyright

The site's texts, design, logo, illustrations and code belong to us. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written consent. Short quotes with a link to the source are fine.

The screenshots, names and logos of the portfolio projects belong to our clients and appear here with their consent. Other trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.

Using the site

Please don't try to access parts of the site or server that aren't public, send automated messages or spam through the form, scrape the content for commercial use, or introduce code that could harm the site or its visitors.

The contact form

When you write to us, please use real details so we can reply. A message sent through the form doesn't commit you or us to anything: a collaboration only starts once we've agreed in writing. What happens to the form data is explained in our privacy policy.

Links to other sites

The site links to our clients' websites, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other external pages. We aren't responsible for their content or for how they process data.

Liability

We do our best to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date and the site running without interruptions, but we can't guarantee that at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect damage arising from using the site or being unable to use it.

Personal data and cookies

How we use personal data is explained in our privacy policy, and which cookies the site uses in our cookie policy.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If a problem comes up, write to us first and we'll try to settle it amicably. If we can't, the dispute goes to the competent courts in Romania.

If you are a consumer, you can also use alternative dispute resolution (SAL) through the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

Changes

We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The version in force is always the one on this page, with the date above.
