What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser to remember something between pages or visits. Some sites also use the browser's storage (local storage) for the same purpose. Below you'll find every one this site uses.
What we use
We only use what is strictly necessary for the site to work the way you choose. The law doesn't require consent for these (art. 4(5) of Romanian Law 506/2004), but we want you to know what they are.
| Name | Type | What it's for | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| NEXT_LOCALE | Cookie, strictly necessary | Remembers the language you read the site in (Romanian or English), so pages open in the same language. | Until you close the browser |
| nexio-cookie-notice | Local storage, strictly necessary | Remembers that you closed the cookie notice, so you don't see it on every page. | Until you clear the site's data in your browser |
| nexio-theme | Local storage, strictly necessary | Remembers the theme you picked with the button (light or dark). Only saved if you change the theme. | Until you clear the site's data in your browser |
What we don't use
We don't use statistics, marketing or third-party cookies, and we don't follow you from page to page. Fonts and images come from our own server, and the site has no videos, maps or social media buttons loaded from other companies.
If we ever add statistics or marketing, we'll ask for your consent before they start and update this page.
Links to other sites
The WhatsApp and LinkedIn buttons and the portfolio links take you to other sites, which have their own cookies and policies. Those only apply once you're on that site.
How to control them
You can delete or block cookies and stored data at any time in your browser settings. If you block the language cookie, the site still works, it may just open in Romanian again.
Everything about the personal data we receive through the site is in our privacy policy. For questions, write to us at contact@nexio-virtual.ro.
