This page explains what personal data we receive through this website, why we use it and what your rights are. In short: we only use it to reply to you and we never sell it.

Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Nexio Virtual Innovations S.R.L., CUI 50642848, J2024027700008, Str. Cimitirului nr. 5, Șelimbăr, jud. Sibiu. You can reach us at contact@nexio-virtual.ro.
What we collect
Through the contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional) and your message. When you send the form we also store the IP address it was sent from, to stop automated messages (spam).
If you write to us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp, we only receive what you choose to send.
Why we use it
To reply to your message and, if we end up working together, to prepare the quote and the project. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before a contract) and, for spam protection, our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
We keep messages for at most 12 months after our last conversation, then delete them. If you become a client, the data needed for the contract and invoicing is kept for as long as the law requires.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your data. It only passes through the providers the website can't work without: the company hosting our server, in Romania (SiteBunker); Cloudflare, for the domain and email forwarding; Resend, which sends the automatic confirmation emails from servers in the EU; Google (Gmail), where we read and answer messages.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU, with the safeguards GDPR requires (standard contractual clauses).
Cookies
The site only uses one technical cookie, which remembers the language, and no statistics or marketing cookies. All the details are in our cookie policy.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing or receive a portable copy, and you can object to its processing. Write to us at contact@nexio-virtual.ro and we'll reply within 30 days.
If you believe we haven't respected the law, you can file a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) at dataprotection.ro.
Changes
If we change anything important in this policy, we update the date above.
