Marcos Apartments
Website for Marcos Apartments, which rents out 11 serviced apartments in Reșița. Guests see the apartments on a map, filter them by number of bedrooms and compare nightly prices, and every apartment has its own page with amenities, a price by number of guests and direct booking on WhatsApp.
The problem
- 11 apartments across different parts of town
- Guests compare location, beds, nightly price and amenities
- The owner wanted a place of his own where guests book directly
The solution
- A map with every apartment
- Filters that narrow the list
- A page per apartment, with everything a guest asks before booking
What we built and why
- 01
Map of the apartments
Guests see at a glance which apartment is central and which is further out.
- 02
Filters and nightly prices
The list narrows by number of bedrooms, and the starting price is on every card.
- 03
A page for every apartment
Size, amenities and the price by number of guests are on the site, so the phone call is just the confirmation.
- 04
WhatsApp booking and reviews
One button opens a chat with the owner, and the guests' Booking score sits on the home page.
